Return Policy
At this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitary and health purposes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide images of item(s) to dimontecosmetics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. All products must be in the original packaging, not worn or altered in any way to qualify for a store credit. Please make sure to include your order number in the subject line for faster service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. DiMonte Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any return(s) at any time. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit (excluding original shipping charges) within 10 business days.
